The concept of The Listening Ear explores how people respond through communication and dialogue. This design dissects the profile of an ear into components, transforming it into a sculptural piece where visitors can walk up and peer down through the 'eardrum,' revealing an organic, earth-like cavern—symbolizing a dialogue between traditional and modern values.

At ground level, viewers are invited to walk beneath the elevated ear profile, engaging with the composition from an intimate perspective. The piece blends ancient and modern elements, juxtaposing two distinct worlds. The cavern, an expression of the early Anthropocene, evokes a sense of primordial history, while the contemporary, ear-shaped ramp offers a modern contrast, bridging the past and present in a striking synthesis of form and meaning.
