London-based Yasmin Watts creates sculptural installations for large gallery spaces which invite visitors to participate within the artwork. Utilising her training and former practice as an architect, Yasmin is able to apply her knowledge of sculpting from large-scale built forms to art forms which encourage more public interaction.

Her practice investigates new ways of how the public can be drawn to artwork relating to present social concerns of acceptance and be part of the ethical discussion. Yasmin explores how her large-scale sculptures can bring an embodied understanding to their audiences and reflect a wider representation of our current diverse society.
